Behaviour by Definitions? OR is it the other way?

When ‘meetings’ become monologues where some boss gives down what his boss told him:
walk out of such meetings carelessly and let them know people should gather in conf rooms for a reason


When a ‘team’ becomes a bunch of sub-teams joining together for the sake of functionality with no binding to other sub-teams:
dishonour every such sub-team and let them know that all sub-teams and every individual are part of the team

When a ‘colleague’ becomes someone spying on you with daily reports to your boss:
um.. you can’t actually do anything here.. just don’t become one yourself and don’t forget to smile at him every time you meet 🙂
