I couldn’t resist writing this.
Preparing Jowar Rotis is really tough and time consuming for a beginner., but I think my wife is getting at it. So when I was served with a bunch of Jowar Roti’s with Alu-Methi, Ginger-Garlic-Gobi and the fabulicious raw Mooli (chopped into tiny pieces, soaked in Lemon Juice and spruced with Ajwain, Mirchi and Coriander)… oh! that was a gala time for the foodie inside.. 🙂
Try adding another dish with mushroom/capsicum etc to the platter, with a cup of fresh curd or a glass of lemon Lassi in the end.. um.. that would be fun man! trust me.
