Best of Indian Food (contd..)

Those kitchen-morons just don’t know the best of it all.. I am surprised to see the amount of negative publicity in the press around Indian Food. The number of options we have for low caloried, high fiber content coupled with super good nutrition is just mind blowing.   For example, look at this dinner option:

Bajra-Jowar Dosa topped with onions and served with veggie-filled Sambar ( a thick lentil soup with super beneficial herbs, spices and lots of vegetables ) and peanut chutney.

very delicious, mouth watering combination with amazing health benefits.. It takes pages to explain why you should focus on lentils, millets, fiber and vegetables..

Bon Appètit.

Taste this raw mint, cumin, coriander, saunf, red chilli and turmeric that went into the making of simple rotis served with a spicy curry of cabbage, carrot and beans.

All the best to you.
