First its the smell of this ‘two-minute–roasted-peanut-mint-chutney’ that calls you in into the kitchen, then the fermented batter sizzling on the pan with vapor bubbles on the glass top makes you peek and smell the onion/coriander toppings.. (at this point, you are half way closing your eyes, inhaling deeply and start bending your head backwards)
.. and the slice cut green chili, dipped in olive oil and torched to perfection pulls you in completely.
